Our Home: Full of Life Flatbread Pizza is made at our Artisan Bakery and Restaurant in the historic town of Los Alamos, California, in California's beautiful Santa Ynez Valley region. Known as the Valley of the Cottonwoods, for the trees which line the stream banks running through the valley, we are located between Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo just off Highway 101. The Los Alamos Valley has the most vineyard acreage of any area of Santa Barbara County. With the cool ocean breezes wafting in, the valley is one of the coolest growing regions in California and home to several world-class wineries. The climate here is well suited to growing chardonnay, pinot noir, syrah, and viognier. Oak forests, agriculture, vegetable and grain growers, and cattle and horse ranches, as well as breathtaking Central Coast beaches along the Pacific Ocean, are all part of the local environment that makes our home an ideal destination for inns, spas, and restaurants, art galleries, antique shopping, wine tasting, scenic hiking, biking and horseback riding, surfing, ocean kayaking, fishing, golf, tennis, theater, and relaxation.
