Hearth In The
Cottonwoods
Restaurant
Open 5 ~10
Friday and Saturday evenings
Every Friday and Saturday
evening we convert our production bakery space into a restaurant and invite
our neighbors and the community to gather around our stone hearth and enjoy
freshly prepared Flatbreads. Each week we shop at area farmers' markets and
talk with growers, farmers, and artisan food producers, so that we can offer
our restaurant guests the freshest seasonal ingredients possible. Our menu
reflects a proven selection of Flatbread favorites. Each week, we also produce
2 "Special Flatbreads" that feature the bounty of our wonderous
and fertile surroundings.
From local soil into local hands to our
hearth, Food Remembers the acts of the hands and hearts.

Our weekend restaurant's menu is based almost
entirely on what is grown locally and in season; be it an Eggplant Flatbread,
an Heirloom Tomato Salad, an Oven-Poached Peach,
local wild-gathered Chantrelles, or Roasted Vegetables and Olives.
We pride ourselves on our food, our service,
and the warmth of our hearth. As always, thank you for coming to eat with
us.
